The Digital Business Networks Alliance (DBNAlliance) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing electronic business document exchange and e-invoicing across the United States. As the governing body of the U.S. Open Exchange Network, DBNAlliance brings together procurement, finance, tax, technology, and business leaders to promote a secure, interoperable framework for exchanging invoices and other business documents. Its mission is to simplify and modernize B2B document exchange through open standards that enable organizations to connect once and exchange information with any participating organization, regardless of the systems or service providers they use.
