Overview
bTrade’s Technical Support Organization is comprised of industry professionals who are knowledgeable in all aspects of communications and security software, including the entire suite of bTrade solutions. This includes everything from installation and configuration, to operation and development. Each member receives ongoing product training from our Engineering department related to new features, protocols and security standards. These members have in-depth knowledge of networking, mail platforms, hardware, and all operating systems which they use when assisting all supported bTrade customers and partners.
Technical Support is available to customers that are under a validly executed license agreement with bTrade and are current with their maintenance fees.
