Business Hours and Holidays The normal support hours for bTrade’s Technical Support Organization are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST. Extended technical support coverage is available for an additional fee. Please contact your bTrade representative for more information.

The following are company observed holidays, during which time we grant our employees some well deserved down time to enjoy with their family and friends.
- April 6th - For Good Friday, bTrade offices to close at 1:30 pm in each time zone
- May 28th - Memorial Day
- July 4th - Independence Day
- September 3rd - Labor Day
- November 22nd and 23rd - Thanksgiving
- December 25th - Christmas
