Chief Technology Officer
An experienced Chief Technology Officer with at least 15 years of software development and 8 years of those in architecture. The candidate should have at least 10 years of senior management experience with strong leadership and people management ability. Experience with Linux, MVS, AS400, Unix (AIX, Solaris, HP), and Windows NT/XP platforms desired, as is experience with the J2EE and .NET programming platforms.

The Candidate must be skilled in EDI messaging, document data flow and event reconciliation for end to end EDI trading relationships. This person must have a working knowledge of enterprise software and endpoint solutions. The candidate must have excellent management skills, be a visionary and have a strong awareness of the B2B industry. Strong P&L skills are needed in order to grow the business to the next level. The CTO should be able to work within a small startup environment and be willing to work and integrate with product management, development, sales and customer care.

Product Architect/Engineer A talented and experienced Product Architect/Engineer with at least 8 years of software development and 5 years of those in architecture. Sales Manager
bTrade, a leading Managed File Tranfer software company is seeking an experienced, energetic and aggressive sales manager. The sales manager will be responsible for attaining sales quota within and outside the USA, including prospecting, selling and account management activities. The sales manager is also responsible for sales contribution, retention, growth and value in existing accounts and will work with various individuals on the bTrade team to promote value added services to accounts, penetrating into all areas of the business including resellers and channel partners. You will also be responsible for educating clients on bTrade solution and cultivating relationships at all levels of the customers organization. We have had a steady growth in our customer base and we are seeking an individual who can not only sustain, but accelerate our momentum.

Required skills
• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B software sales experience, preferably selling software to the IT and security areas of large enterprises.
• Experience in a startup environment including MFT, EDI, Value added Networks, EAI or BPM/BAM software preferred.
• Highly motivated to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to project a positive sales attitude
• Must be able to manage own time effectively to reach sales goals

The selected individual could be based out of our corporate office located in Glendale, CA. Relocation expenses are not part of the compensation package at this time.
Base salary range is $45,000 to $57,000 based on experience. Aggressive commission and bonus plans add to a very attractive compensation plan. A solid benefit package
