Junior Account Executive (Entry Level) | bTrade

Seeking energetic, passionate Junior Account Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity with a growing and profitable company. Will consider recent college graduates. We are looking for candidates wanting to break into the software sales industry with a results-driven mentality and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Schedule qualified product demonstrations in order to reach performance-based goals
  • Conduct outreach to leads generated by marketing team
  • Participate in inside sales campaigns in conjunction with marketing team
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prepare target lists for cold calling, maintain prospect data and prioritize daily activities
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospects on the phone and online
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and be able to confidently answer prospect and client questions
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing organizations based on client conversations

Sales Manager | bTrade

Seeking an experienced, energetic and aggressive sales manager who would be responsible for attaining sales quota within and outside the US, including prospecting, selling and account management activities. The sales manager is also responsible for sales contribution, retention, growth and value in existing accounts, and will work with various individuals on the bTrade team to promote value added services to accounts, penetrating into all areas of the business, including resellers and channel partners. You will also be responsible for educating customers about bTrade solutions and cultivating relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization. We have had a steady growth in our customer base and we are seeking an individual who can not only sustain, but accelerate our momentum.

Required skills:

• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B software sales experience, preferably selling software to the IT and security areas of large enterprises

• Experience preferred especially in an environment involving MFT, EDI, Value Added Networks, EAI or BPM/BAM software

• Highly motivated to succeed

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to project a positive sales attitude • Must be able to manage own time effectively to reach sales goals

• Must be self-motivated, responsible, action-oriented and driven

• Teamwork oriented

• Experience in working with Salesforce.com a plus

• Experience with C-level decision makers and account management

• Southern California resident a plus • Bachelors Degree
